THE MISSION of the Catholic Health Care System of the Archdiocese of New York is to foster and provide faith-based holistic care to frail and vulnerable people unable to fully care for themselves. Through shared commitments, the System seeks to improve the quality of the lives of those individuals and their families.

CHCS is a non-profit organization of people dedicated to bringing dignified care to individuals living at home or in one of our CHCS facilities. Through numerous programs, CHCS sponsored facilities foster independence, develop positive methods for keeping those they care for connected to their communities, and ease the burden on family members who are sometimes overwhelmed with the day-to-day physical needs of a loved one.
